About

Architect who documents for the build

I'm a licensed architect from Nueva Ecija with more than eight years in design and documentation. Today I work with an offshore team preparing Revit drawings for an Australian residential builder, where every set has to clear covenants, planning rules and the realities of the lot.

Before that I documented civic, residential and masterplanning projects in Iraq, taught architecture at NEUST, and ran residential and fit-out commissions of my own. I work well remotely, keep to deadlines and communicate clearly with overseas teams.
